Great write up! Is the timeline of this RFC based on:

- time needed to transfer assets from foundation to new entity
- time needed to code psudo-jailing into access manager component

Is the year long ramp down of subsidies based on needing a year to button up one’s validator setup to handle the drop is subsidy income?
