About these terms
RadixTalk is a community forum about Radix DLT, operated by Cadwynbloc Ltd (company number 16870814, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account or using the forum, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the forum.
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@radixtalk.com.

Your account
- You need a valid email address to register.
- You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything posted using it.

- Don’t buy, sell, or trade accounts, and don’t create an account to impersonate someone else.
Acceptable use
When using the forum, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law;

We may remove content or suspend access for breaches of this section — see Suspending or terminating access, below.
Your content
You keep ownership of whatever you post to the forum. By posting, you give Cadwynbloc Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as part of operating RadixTalk — nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.
You’re responsible for what you post, and you confirm that you have the right to post it (i.e. it doesn’t infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights).
Suspending or terminating access
We can suspend or terminate your access to the forum if you breach these terms, or if we reasonably believe your use of the forum creates risk or legal exposure for RadixTalk, Cadwynbloc Ltd, or other users. You can stop using the forum at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Your content, Limitation of liability) continue to apply after your access ends.
Disclaimers
The forum is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Views expressed in posts are those of the individual authors, not of RadixTalk or Cadwynbloc Ltd.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadwynbloc Ltd is not liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
- damage or loss resulting from your reliance on content posted by other users;
- the actions, content, or conduct of any user or third party; or
- third-party websites, services, or content linked to from the forum.
This section doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which can’t be excluded by these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact admin@radixtalk.com first so we can try to resolve it directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the forum. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
