I agree. It is not only the case of bitfinex, since staking with every centralized exchange is not profitable. At first, I started by buying on cex, but now every time I buy XRD from Kucoin I immediately transfer them on my wallet. I’m uncomfortable with the idea that buying from, or transfering crypto to exchanges (binance, coinbase, Kucoin, ecc…) doesn’t mean you own that crypto.
