Lets discuss the remaining documents in the Governance Framework which will be part of the constitutional proposal. (in Phase1 Transition). There will be additional two rounds after this one.
Documents to be reviewed and discussed:
- Execution and Treasury Actions Policy
- Authorized Signers Rules
- Emergency and Safeguards Policy
- RAC Mandate (this is the normal mandate after Phase1)
- Conflict of Interest Policy
- Code of Conduct
- Legal Wrapper and Representation
Signing rules, Emergency thresholds and more is located in the RAC Parameters file.
