Worth repeating: ANYONE can create a poll here. Just click the little plus sign at the start of a new message or reply.
The way to constructively repeatedly spam useful (to beginners) messages to the channel would be to just spam a short one-liner message that replies to the original long spam message, so users can click it to scroll up to the original message, without seeing a wall of text disrupt the conversations.
It would also help if spam came from a dedicated Telegram spam account, rather than from @Jazzer_9F, since he says plenty of useful things and it would be nice to be able to search through his messages without having to read all the spam. Then you could also mute or ban the spam account if you’re not even interested in seeing it.
It could be the best of both worlds. What do you guys think?

It looks like the vibe is pretty clear.
In principle this functionality is available, so if we get good content for it, I can bring it back.
But I’ll deactivate it over the weekend.
