Currently if you attempt consecutive txs in a short time frame, the second will likely fail as it may attempt to use the same UTXO as the first. Currently you need to wait a few seconds before attempting the next tx. At Babylon release in 2023 this will be handled much better.

what`s the interval time? 5 seconds is enough to ensure the last tx is final?

Several of the guys in the developer channel have had success with 3-5s delay before submitting the next tx.
