Radix is focusing a lot on getting devs on board, and participating in the programme is a great way to start learning how to use scrypto.
I don’t know if you already heard about the hub and the developer program. I think they are a great opportunity for every dev that want to start learning scrypto.

It was obvious to find out more by joining into it directly.
and perhaps the most crucial thing is the incentive developer:grinning:
In it a lot of interesting development stuff more than the very complicated, solidity that I previously learned.

This is only going for a few weeks but every week they a post a hot job of the week in the Telegram group to raise attention. In most cases it is a developer job. 
They also offer many open developer positions on Careers
