As royalties are based on Blueprints which are made up of 1 to possibly many components. After review of the code by the RDX Works team or maybe a 3rd party, developers will be able to earn royalty payments in XRD each time a Blueprint is called by a network transaction or smart contract, once Babylon version is released in Q1 2023.
