why can`t transfer all balance of an address? it must keep some balance
what`s the min balance of the address?

I think it depends on the fee, it might show 2 decimal places in the wallet but could have decimals to ^18 in reality so there’s always a little bit of dust left behind.

it keeps the balance more than the value, at least 0.01 XRD, Is any doc here?

Because you need fees for sending so keep extra xrd for fees

atm the XRD balance of an address can’t go below 1 atto (1e-18 XRD)
